These roller valves are complete with 1/8" BSPP thread with an 8.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 0.45. It is used for the mechanical control of air flow within pneumatic systems via the roller plunger or lever. The air is to be filtered by 40µm filter element.

The roller valve is designed to be pressed by an item that will in turn roll over the wheel releasing the pressure on the plunger or lever and exhausting the air out through one of the ports.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminium alloy with nitrile rubber seals with a working pressure of 0 to 8 bar. They have multiple mounting points for convenient installation and come complete with panel mount locknuts.

These valves require no lubrication and are to be used in conjunction with clean compressed air, manufactured to close tolerance.
