Description
This PVCu reducing bush with plain x threaded connection is designed to adapt an imperial PVCu socket to a smaller BSP threaded outlet. It’s ideal where a transition is needed from larger solvent-welded pipework to smaller threaded valves, instruments or fittings without replacing the existing socket.
The plain solvent weld end forms a strong, permanent bond with PVCu pipe or fitting when installed using standard PVCu cleaner and solvent cement. The threaded outlet provides a secure mechanical attachment point that can be assembled and removed for maintenance or adjustments. Made from corrosion-resistant PVCu, this reducing bush delivers dependable performance in water services, industrial systems and general engineering applications. The smooth internal bore helps maintain efficient flow through the reduced connection.
