This Pressure Relief Valve Brass is a robust, adjustable valve assembly designed to regulate and relieve excess pressure within ABS pipework systems. Supplied complete with two ABS composite union connections, this valve allows straightforward integration into nominal bore ABS installations while retaining the strength and reliability of a brass relief mechanism.

Designed for use with gases, steam and liquids, the valve features an adjustable pressure setting between 0.5 and 10 bar, enabling precise control of system pressure. The valve body and internal components are manufactured from brass, providing excellent durability and resistance to wear in demanding industrial environments.

The composite ABS unions are supplied unassembled to allow flexible installation. PTFE tape should be used when fitting the unions to the valve body, while the plain ABS ends should be solvent welded using ABS solvent cement and cleaner to ensure a secure, pressure-tight connection.

This valve is intended for pressure regulation and bypass applications only and should not be used as a safety valve.
