Description
The Geberit Mapress Stainless Steel Reducing Tee is designed to connect three pipes of different diameters within press-fit systems, allowing for efficient transitions and flow control between various pipe sizes. It is ideal for use in drinking water installations, industrial systems, and sprinkler systems. With its high corrosion resistance and hygienic properties, the reducing tee ensures reliable performance in systems exposed to high temperatures, pressures, and aggressive liquids.
Key Features
Pressing Indicator: Comes with a visible pressing indicator to show if the connection has been properly pressed, ensuring leakproof connections and system safety.
Seal Ring: Equipped with a CIIR (Chlorobutyl) black seal ring, providing a leakproof and durable connection even under high pressure or temperature conditions.
Leakproof Protection: Supplied with a transparent protection plug to prevent contamination from dust and dirt, ensuring a clean and secure installation.
High Molybdenum Content: Manufactured from CrNiMo steel 1.4401 with a minimum molybdenum content of 2.3%, offering superior corrosion resistance, especially in aggressive and high-moisture environments.
Concentric Reducing Design: Facilitates smooth transitions between pipes of varying diameters, ensuring balanced flow and preventing turbulence in the system.
Versatile Applications: Suitable for use in drinking water installations, industrial applications, and approved for use in sprinkler systems (wet, wet/dry, and dry). It supports both thermal and chemical disinfection, making it ideal for hygienic environments.
Comprehensive System Compatibility: Fully compatible with the Geberit Mapress Stainless Steel system, providing seamless integration with a wide range of fittings and adaptors for various applications.
