Description
The Geberit Mapress Stainless Steel Equal T-Piece is designed to connect three pipes of equal diameter, providing a reliable and durable connection in press-fit systems. It is ideal for use in demanding applications such as drinking water installations, industrial systems, and sprinkler systems. With its high corrosion resistance and hygienic properties, this T-piece ensures optimal performance in systems exposed to high temperatures, pressures, and aggressive liquids.
Key Features
Pressing Indicator: Equipped with a visible pressing indicator, which ensures the connection is correctly pressed, preventing leaks and maintaining system safety.
Seal Ring: Utilises a CIIR (Chlorobutyl) black seal ring for a leakproof and durable connection, capable of handling high pressures and temperatures.
Leakproof Protection: Delivered with a transparent protection plug to safeguard the pressing sockets from dust and dirt during transport and storage, ensuring a clean and secure installation.
High Molybdenum Content: Constructed from CrNiMo steel 1.4401, with a minimum molybdenum content of 2.3%, providing superior corrosion resistance, especially in aggressive environments like chemical and industrial settings.
Versatile Applications: Suitable for drinking water installations, industrial systems, and approved for use in sprinkler systems (wet, wet/dry, and dry). The T-piece meets the strict hygiene requirements for potable water systems and is capable of withstanding thermal and chemical disinfection.
Comprehensive System Compatibility: Designed to work seamlessly with the Geberit Mapress Stainless Steel system, offering compatibility with a wide range of fittings and adaptors for various applications.
Fire-Safe Installation: As no welding or soldering is required, the installation process is safer and quicker, reducing labour costs and eliminating fire hazards.
