Description
Geberit FlowFit Pre-Insulated Therm System Pipe Coils are designed for use in heating and cooling systems where thermal efficiency and protection against condensation are critical. These pipes feature a pre-insulated design with closed-cell foam insulation and a red protective foil, ensuring excellent thermal performance and minimising energy loss. The multi-layer construction includes a built-in diffusion barrier to prevent gas permeation, and the white exterior of the media pipe provides a professional finish. The flexible design allows the pipe to be bent by hand, simplifying the installation process.
Key Features
Inherently Stable: The pipe maintains its stability during installation while being flexible enough to be bent by hand, making installation easier and more efficient.
Diffusion Barrier: The aluminium layer within the pipe forms an effective barrier against gas permeation, ensuring system longevity and reliability.
Pre-Insulated Design: The pipe is pre-insulated with closed-cell PE soft foam and wrapped in a red protective foil, reducing heat loss and preventing condensation. The insulation is HCFC-free and HFC-free, making it environmentally friendly.
Fire Behaviour Class E: Certified as class E for fire behaviour according to EN 13501-1, ensuring compliance with fire safety standards.
Water Vapour Resistance: The outer skin of the insulation provides a high water vapour diffusion resistance of 7000 µ, enhancing thermal efficiency and protecting the system from condensation.
Protection Plug: Pipe ends are equipped with transparent protection plugs, preventing contamination and damage during transportation and storage, ensuring the pipes are clean and ready for installation.
Multi-Layer Construction: Made from PE-RT II/Al/PE-RT II, ensuring the pipes are durable, reliable, and capable of handling the demands of modern heating and cooling systems.
