Description
Geberit FlowFit Pre-Insulated System Pipe Red Coils are designed for heating, cooling, and potable water systems, providing excellent thermal insulation and efficiency. These pipes come with closed-cell foam insulation and a red protective foil, helping to reduce heat loss and prevent condensation. The multi-layer pipe construction includes a built-in diffusion barrier, ensuring long-term reliability and system integrity. The flexible, hand-bendable design simplifies installation, and the silver-grey exterior ensures a professional finish.
Key Features
Inherently Stable: The pipe is stable yet flexible, allowing it to be bent by hand for easy installation, even in complex layouts.
Diffusion Barrier: The aluminium layer in the media pipe acts as an effective diffusion barrier, preventing gas permeation and ensuring the integrity of the system.
Pre-Insulated Design: The pipe is pre-insulated with closed-cell PE soft foam and covered with a red protective foil, offering excellent thermal performance and reducing the risk of condensation. The insulation is both HCFC-free and HFC-free, making it environmentally friendly.
Fire Behaviour Class E: Certified to fire behaviour class E according to EN 13501-1, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Water Vapour Resistance: The outer layer of the insulation has a high water vapour diffusion resistance of 7000 µ, which helps maintain thermal efficiency and durability.
Protection Plug: The pipe ends are fitted with transparent protection plugs to prevent contamination and damage during transport and storage.
Multi-Layer Construction: The pipe consists of a PE-RT II/Al/PE-RT II structure, providing durability and strength for use in various heating and cooling applications.
