Installation Overview

  • Hose Selection – Choose the appropriate hose based on tool requirements (bore size and pressure), working environment, and desired length.
  • Fitting Connections – PCL offers assemblies with pre-fitted standard adaptors, Vertex couplings, XF-Euro fittings, or swivel ends. These provide secure, leak-free connections out of the box.
  • Routing & Safety – Ensure the hose is laid out without sharp bends or obstructions. Use hose reels or tethers where appropriate to prevent tripping hazards.
  • Maintenance – Inspect hoses regularly for wear, abrasion, or kinks. Replace immediately if damaged to prevent air leaks or safety issues.
