The Reliance Tenant Valve Advance is an innovative one-piece combination valve designed to efficiently control and monitor water supply to multi-occupancy buildings, such as residential high-rises and commercial offices. This compact unit integrates multiple functions into a single device, simplifying installation, reducing potential leak points, and lowering labour costs compared to traditional multi-component systems.

Designed for ease of use, it features a dual-reading pressure gauge, allowing for monitoring from any orientation, and a connection point for an optional primary charging water meter. The valve is also WRAS-approved for use with hot and cold water and is fully serviceable from the front, making maintenance quick and hassle-free.
