Basic Fitting Guidelines:

Our high quality valve boxes house your pipe system valves with a removable top, allowing access. The top is either secured by a twist and lock mechanism or two bolts, depending on the size. These fitting instructions are a guideline only.

1. Sink the valve box into the ground to the desired level
2. Pass the pipe through the box placing the valve in the center
3. Fill in the earth surrounding the box leaving the top exposed
4. Lock the top into place

Valve boxes are used where underground pipework has a valve which needs to be secure but accessible at all times.

Our valve boxes have an anti-infiltration system, so the lids stay outside the box and prevent soil and insects from penetrating it.

The screws used to lock the larger box lids are made from galvanized steel.
