JG Speedfit Superseal Pipe Insert

While standard pipe inserts provide basic support and sealing capabilities, the Superseal variant enhances these functions significantly. The Superseal Pipe Insert features dual O-Rings, which offer a superior sealing effect compared to the single seal typically found in standard inserts. The first O-Ring is strategically placed on the stem of the insert to prevent leakage from within the pipe, while the second O-Ring seals inside the push-fit fitting itself, ensuring an effective barrier against leaks at the joint. This dual O-Ring system results in an advanced, multi-seal protection that is not available with standard pipe inserts.

1. Preparation: Ensure the pipe ends are clean and cut squarely.
2. Insertion: Push the pipe fully into the fitting until it reaches the tube stop.
3. Locking: Twist the cap clockwise to lock the pipe in place.
4. Demounting: To release, unlock the cap and push the collet towards the body, then pull the pipe out.
