The metric threaded ends of these fittings are designed to be hand tightened and have a maximum torque value of 0.5Nm with the M3 adaptors and 1.5Nm with the M5 adaptors.

Tube inserts must be used with pneumatic applications where pressures are in excess of 10 bar; you should not exceed 16 bar. Suitable for use with Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Nylon tubing as well as soft metal tubings such as copper or mild steel.
