The threaded ends of these brass fittings are designed to be hand tightened and have a maximum torque value of 6.0Nm on 1/8" fittings and 10.0Nm up to 1/2" fittings. They can be used within compressed air or pneumatic flow and vacuum systems.

They have a Superthread end allowing them to be used in conjunction with BSPP, BSPT, NPT, PT and PF fittings. The thread includes a polyurethane seal to ensure an airtight joint is produced without any possibility of the tape seal entering and contaminating the system.

Tube inserts must be used with pneumatic applications where pressures are in excess of 10 bar; you should not exceed 16 bar. Suitable for use with Polyethylene, Polyurethane, Nylon tubing as well as soft metal tubings such as copper or mild steel.
