These ecoFIT socket-fusion fittings, from Georg Fischer, are manufactured from heavy-duty and corrosion-resistant PE80 polyethylene for pipeline construction. They are suitable for conveying gas and water through ground-layed pipe systems.
The union end is a metric fusion socket and manufactured from PE80 whilst the nut and bush are manufactured from brass and the complete union contains a nitrile rubber gasket.
