Description
The Geberit Mapress Carbon Steel Flange PN 10/16 is designed to connect press-fit piping systems to flanged components, such as valves, pumps, or other equipment. Suitable for high-pressure applications, the flange is commonly used in heating, cooling, and industrial systems. Its robust design and zinc-plated exterior ensure long-lasting performance and resistance to corrosion, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor environments.

Pressing Indicator: Equipped with a clear visual pressing indicator, allowing installers to verify that the fitting has been securely pressed for a reliable, leak-proof connection.
Leak Detection: Leaks if unpressed, enabling installers to quickly identify any unpressed fittings before the system is pressurised, ensuring safety and proper installation.
Zinc-Plated Exterior: The non-alloy steel body is zinc-plated, providing excellent corrosion resistance and durability, even in harsh conditions.
CIIR Seal Ring: Features a black CIIR (chlorinated isobutylene-isoprene rubber) seal ring, ensuring a strong, long-lasting seal under high-pressure conditions, preventing leaks.
Flange Design: Design B1 (raised sealing strip with standard sealing strip) in accordance with EN 1092-1, ensuring compatibility with other flange systems and providing a secure connection.
Pressing Socket with Protection Plug: Includes a transparent protection plug to keep the pressing socket clean and free from debris during transportation and storage.
PN 10/16 Rating: Rated for nominal pressure classes PN 10 and PN 16, making it suitable for medium to high-pressure applications.
