The Floplast White Push-Fit Waste System offers a quick and easy-to-install solution for waste and drainage applications. Made from high-quality polypropylene (PP), it features a secure push-fit ring seal system, eliminating the need for solvent welding. This system is designed to comply with BS EN 1451-1 and BS EN 681, ensuring durability, high performance, and reliable sealing for waste discharge systems in buildings.

Preparation:

• Ensure that pipes and fittings are clean, dry, and free from debris.
• Cut pipes to the required length using a fine-toothed saw and remove burrs.
• Apply silicone lubricant to the ring seal for smoother jointing.

Assembly:

• Insert the pipe into the fitting, ensuring a secure push-fit connection.
• Check alignment before finalising the installation.
• Avoid excessive force to prevent damage to the sealing ring.
• Allow for a 10mm expansion gap at each joint to accommodate thermal movement.

Support & Fixing Recommendations (BS EN 12056-2):

• Vertical installations: Support clips every 1.2m.
• Horizontal installations: Support clips every 0.5m (32mm & 40mm) or 0.6m (50mm).
• Conduct a water leak test before finalising the system.
• Ensure all joints are fully seated and properly aligned.
