Fernco's range of bushes is designed to offer a high-performance solution for connecting pipes with significantly different outside diameters. These bushes are an integral part of Fernco’s comprehensive range of plumbing solutions, catering to specific site and application requirements​​​​.

• Adaptable and Versatile: Fernco bushes are simple rings of EPDM rubber, available in various diameters and thicknesses. They are used as additional components with either Shear Banded Couplings or Lateral Connection Saddles, ideal for increasing the outside diameter of a pipe when it is too small for the intended coupling or saddle​​.
• Conformance to Standards: These bushes conform to the WIS 4-41-01 standard, ensuring compatibility and reliability in adopted drainage pipelines. They are particularly crucial when connecting pipes with Shear Banded Couplings to protect against vertical shear loads​​.
• Wide Range of Applications: The bushes are suitable for a variety of applications, including lateral connection saddles, and are essential in connecting different pipe materials like clay and plastic within the same nominal size​​.

• Moulded Bushes
  Fernco's Moulded Bushes are expertly designed from high-quality EPDM rubber, offering versatility and durability. Available in various diameters and thicknesses, these bushes are essential for increasing the outside diameter of pipes in plumbing configurations where the pipe is too small for the intended coupling or saddle. They are ideal for filling voids between the pipe and the coupling, ensuring a secure and precise fit. With a temperature range of -50°C to 80°C (constant) and up to 100°C (intermittent), these bushes are adaptable to a wide range of environmental conditions​​.

  Fabricated Bushes by Fernco are tailored to meet specific site and application needs. The flexibility in their application allows them to be used when an increase in pipe outside diameter is needed, conforming to the WIS 4-41-01 standard and BS EN 681-1:1996. • Multibush
  The Fernco Multibush is an innovative, foldable bush designed for exceptional adaptability in plumbing connections. Available in sizes DN100, DN150, and DN200, the Multibush allows for the connection of any two pipe materials of the same nominal diameter. This feature significantly reduces the need for different stock configurations, streamlining inventory management. For instance, the DN150 Multibush can be used in conjunction with Unisaddles (FA150U and FA150B) to connect any DN150 pipe into larger diameter main concrete drainage pipes.
