I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?
Please check your email as we normally send details so you can track your order online. If you haven't received a tracking email, just give us a ring on 01794 835835 and we'll be happy to help.
I've received part of my order, where is the other part?
Sometimes we need to use different carriers to get your order to you, but we will always do our best to make sure that they all deliver on the same day.
Do you offer a premium delivery service?
We have the ability to offer many premium delivery services, including pre-12pm, pre-10am and even same day service for many of our products, and to much of the UK. If you require any of these services, please use the comments section on your order to alert our team, who will call you back to discuss the options.
What do you charge for delivery?
We like to keep our delivery charges simple - £8.99 for just fittings or £13.99 for pipe and fittings. Orders over £799 excluding pipe or £1199 including pipe are free of charge. Full details can be found here.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
No, that's just mean. You can order as much or as little as you want. All customers are welcome!
Do your prices include VAT?
If you're in the trade, you don't need to worry about VAT as you can claim it back. If not, you can still get our great trade prices, just with a little VAT added. A good deal for you and a good deal for the NHS, too.

I need a copy invoice, how do I get one?
All of your previous invoices are stored within the My Account section, ready to be downloaded at your leisure.
Will you match a price?
Products in our industry are impossible to compare, so a traditional price match promise isn't worth the paper it's written on. We prefer to be much fairer than that - just give us a ring on 01794 835835 and we will do our best to beat the price.
I'm not going to be in, can you leave my order?
We use a national carrier to deliver your items, and they will require someone to be in to sign for the delivery. If you would like delivery on a designated day, please let us know when you place the order and we will do our best to make these arrangements for you.
