Durapipe PLX Close-Fit pipework is a dual-contained fusion welded system with self-centering ribs, manufactured from black polyethylene with a protective co-extrusion barrier bore layer used mainly in forecourt and bulk fuelling installations as well as above and below ground applications.

It can be identified as Close-Fit pipework by its red stripes. Due to the secondary containment the user has the ability to monitor for leak detection for added security.

Available within this system are pipe lengths and coils as well as a wide range of electrofusion fittings, pressure rated to 10 bar at an operating temperature of 20°C.
