This industrial food grade ducting is supplied in 10-metre lengths, compressed to save in cost and space. It has a working temperature of -40°C to 90°C (intermittent to 125°C) along with excellent abrasion and chemical resistance.
Manufactured from high-quality premium ether polyurethane with a wire helix reinforcement made of spring steel, this hose is ideal for the suction and transportation of a range of solids and gases. These include abrasive materials such as dust, powder, granules or fibres while gas extraction can include welding fumes and chemical vapours.
The wall is lightweight yet strong and is permanently capable of electrostatic discharge due to the non-migrating anti-static polyurethane (<10⁹Ω). This hose is strong in structure, resisting to tear as well as UV rays and a variety of chemicals including oil and petrol.
