This push button valve is complete with BSPP thread with a 2.5mm orifice and a Cv value of 0.14 on the 1/8" fitting and a 15mm orifice and a Cv value of 0.84 on the 1/4" fitting. It is used for the manual or mechanical control of air flow within pneumatic systems. The air is to be filtered by 40µm filter element.
The button is shrouded to reduce the chances of accidental activation meaning the operation of the valve can only be done by applying pressure to the centre of the button. The button is spring loaded so returns to the closed position, shutting off the valve when released by the operator.
Manufactured from a high-quality aluminium alloy with nitrile rubber seals with a working pressure of 0 to 10 bar. They have multiple mounting points for convenient installation and come complete with panel mount locknuts.
These valves require no lubrication and are to be used in conjunction with clean compressed air, manufactured to close tolerance.
