Useful Info:
This push/pull button valve is complete with BSPP thread with a 12.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 0.67 on the 1/8" fitting, a 16.0mm² orifice and a Cv value of 0.89 on the 1/4" fitting and a 30.0mm² orifice with a Cv value of 1.67 on the 3/8" valve. It is used for the manual control of air flow within pneumatic systems. The air is to be filtered by 40µm filter element.
Air is passed through the valve once the button is pushed in and when the button is pulled the valve is returned to the closed position, shutting off the airflow.
Manufactured from a high-quality aluminium alloy with nitrile rubber seals with a working pressure of 0 to 10 bar. They have multiple mounting points for convenient installation and come complete with panel mount locknuts.
These valves require no lubrication and are to be used in conjunction with clean compressed air, manufactured to close tolerance.
