Useful Info:

We have a wide range of fittings manufactured in a food grade approved Acetal material in an array of sizes. The tube part of the fitting is metric but the threaded end is available in both metric and imperial including Superthread, BSPP and BSPT. The Superthread fittings allow for connection to BSP, BSPT, NPT, PF and PT threaded connectors.

These fittings can be used in compressed air or pneumatic applications but are equally suitable for the conveyance of potable liquids or foods making them ideal for use within brewers for mixed gas dispensing lines.

The working temperature of these fittings is between -20°C and 70°C with a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar (at 20°C). The collets on these connectors are produced in acetal copolymer and are complete with stainless steel teeth, while the internal O-ring is manufactured from nitrile rubber.
