This adjustable roller/spring valve is complete with 1/8" BSPP thread and is used for the mechanical control of air flow within pneumatic systems via the roller spring-lever. The air is to be filtered by 40µm filter element.

The adjustable roller valve is designed to be pressed externally by an item that will in turn roll over the wheel releasing the pressure on the spring-loaded lever and exhausting the air out through one of the ports. The roller can be adjusted to allow for a longer compression or in cases when the item height may be changed at a later date.

Manufactured from a high-quality aluminium alloy with nitrile rubber seals with a working pressure of 0 to 10 bar. They have multiple mounting points for convenient installation and come complete with panel mount locknuts.

These valves require no lubrication, however, should you choose to lubricate the fitting then the practice should remain constant throughout the valves life. They are to be used in conjunction with clean compressed air, manufactured to close tolerance.
