ABS Pipe Class C
Useful Information
ABS (Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) is used in a wide range of industries due to its great resistance to an array of chemicals as well as being certified for use with foodstuffs.
This ABS pressure pipe is rated to Class C (9 bar at 20°C). Alternative class pipework can be found here.
ABS pipework can be identified by its light grey colour.
ABS Solvent Cement must be used during assembly. Imperial ABS pipe fittings must be used with this product.
The ABS pipes in this section are all British Standard sized. This standard is based on the nominal bore of the pipes across the full range and not the diameter. For clarification, please see the table below. If in doubt, or if you require a specific inside diameter, please ring us to avoid ordering the wrong pipework.
