ABS Pipe Inch
Our ABS inch pressure pipe is available in sizes 1/2" to 8" in classes C, E and T.
Manufactured from Grade A virgin acrylonitrile butadiene styrene raw material, our ABS pipe is non-toxic and meets the toxicological and food usage requirements of the British Plastics Federation and British Industrial Biological Research Association (BIBRA) codes of practice, making it ideal for chilled food and beverage production applications, as well as potable water conveyance and water treatment use.
The ABS pipes in this section are all British Standard size. This standard is based on the nominal bore of the pipes, not the diameter. For further clarification, click on MORE INFO + on the relevant pipe class page and refer to the table.
Class C ABS pipe is pressure rated to 9 bar, Class E is rated to 15 bar, and Class T pipe is pressure rated to 12 bar but has thicker walls, which can be threaded and machined.
